A simple Wikipedia
I have found that in reading here that wikipedia, a site that the majority of my 8th graders use is written at a reading level that is not compatible with where they are. No wonder the information that they take from that site is already above their head. The simple site is built for a lower reading level and is useful for my age kids. The same would be true for the large ESL population in my district! Very nice site! Simple Wiki;

SMART Response
I got to play with a SMART response system in class today! My little head is reeling with possibilities. There were some technical difficulities but nothing that playing a bit more won't solve. This program produces the most beneficial data about students, that along with the ease of use makes this my new favorite toy!
